Purchased credits never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance. The system uses your monthly credits first, then dips into purchased credits.

No. Monthly plan credits reset on the 1st of each month. However, purchased credits never expire — they remain in your balance until used.

Yes. Credits are linked to your account, not individual bots. All your bots share the same credit pool.

We use a hybrid search system: vector embeddings (semantic similarity) combined with keyword matching. This ensures the bot finds relevant content even when the question uses different words or a different language than the training data.

Yes (Agency and Enterprise). The bot reads your training data, generates SEO-optimized articles using AI (costs 25 credits per article), and publishes them directly to your WordPress site via REST API. Fully automated content generation.

Yes. Pro includes 3 client workspaces, Agency includes 20, and Enterprise is unlimited. You can also buy extra workspaces for $10 each. Agency and Enterprise include full white-label options and template cloning for efficient client onboarding.

Yes. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are encrypted at rest. Database access is IP-restricted. We do not sell data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We provide tools for GDPR compliance: data export, data deletion, and transparent data processing. Bot owners are responsible for informing their visitors about data collection and complying with local regulations.
